ical2oggcomment - looks in an ical file and produces oggcomment style
            output to be handed on to ices2.

restreamer      - pasing ical file, switching to the url that is defined
		    in the ical file.
strem_recorder  - record the oggstream produced by restreamer
		  right now i can think of two modes:
		  -timebased, cut each hour. 
		    (this mode is implemented and needs some testing)
		  -showbased, cut each time the comment changes.
		    not implemented. might be done as postprossessing to
		    the file recorded with the timebased method?
fallback 	- basic fallback right now. loops some ogg files that
		  are played if the main stream does not connect to the
		  icecast server.
